This offer is exclusively available for first-time users who have not previously utilized our services. The trial period will be valid for one month or any part thereof, starting from when the bookkeeping entries need to be made. For recently incorporated organizations without any entries in the first month or subsequent months, the trial period will extend until any entries are there.

We offer two options for handling bookkeeping entries for multiple months: 

Firstly, you can share one month's documents to get a feel for our services. This allows you to see how we work without a large upfront commitment.  

Alternatively, share all your bookkeeping details for multiple months. As a special offer, we'll waive the service fee for the first month in this case.  

In the first month of the trial, there are no limitations or restrictions on the services available, except for comprehensive & foreign bookkeeping services, which are not included in this offer.
If there are multiple GST registrations, each registered entity will be treated as a separate entity. Clients will have the option to choose services based on each entity's specific requirements. Fees will be charged separately for each entity with multiple GST registrations.
The prices mentioned above are exclusive of taxes. A GST of eighteen percent will be applied to the listed prices.
If you decide not to continue with our services for any reason, simply inform us, and we'll ensure that all your data and reports are shared with you within one week of time.
We offer the flexibility to customize any service package or add additional services to suit your specific needs. Feel free to reach out to us for personalized, tailor-made services.
As a standard practice, we provide profit and loss statements, debtor details, and creditor details on a quarterly basis. However, if there's a need for additional reports, we're open to discussion and can accommodate those requests. We're also flexible enough to provide reports monthly if required.
As an initial requirement, we will need details of employees and their salary structure. Subsequently, on a monthly basis, we will require the leave tracker of employees, information on new employees onboarded along with their salary structure, and details of employees relieved from the organization.
Yes, we offer a 15 percent discount for clients who sign up for 12 months or longer. This discount will be available if the services are prepaid for 12 months or longer.
We provide Form 16 to employees enrolled in our comprehensive program. However, the filing of personal taxes for employees is not included in this program. This service can be provided at an additional cost. For full details, please reach out to us.
